This is the site's ban list.  If something is on the ban list, it basically means that it cannot exist in TNW.  Your character cannot possess it, no NPCs can possess it, and it does not exist in history.  This list is extremely subject to change, and as jutsu that were missed are applied for, we will be updating it.
